User content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the files you upload, process, store, or share using PixlKey, including your right to use those files and any content embedded in them (for example: names, trademarks, personal data, or licensing terms).
- You must not use PixlKey to process unlawful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or non-consensual content.
- You must not use PixlKey to distribute or facilitate content involving sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM).
- You must not use PixlKey to violate privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or platform rules.
Outputs are not a guarantee
PixlKey outputs (including watermarks, metadata, certificates, hashes, fingerprints, and identifiers) are intended to improve consistency and support provenance workflows. They do not guarantee ownership, prevent theft, stop redistribution, or ensure legal enforceability in any specific jurisdiction or dispute.
Service availability and third-party dependencies
PixlKey may rely on third-party services, libraries, or infrastructure. Availability, performance, and compatibility may change over time. PixlKey is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- No warranty is made that the Site or App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific purpose.
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files and important records.
- Security is a priority, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixlKey and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your access to or use of the Site or App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixlKey and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of PixlKey, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.
